Home Construction & Building Options

We know all too well that what works for one client or family, might not be what every client is looking for. With that in mind, and keeping with our concept of being a true, custom builder, we offer several contract options to meet the needs of every client.

Lock & Key Construction

This is our most popular contract option. With this option, you will get a 100% complete home, move in ready home, for a firm, established price prior to construction.

Cost Plus Construction

This option requires more time from our clients, but also results in a lower, final cost, while having a professional builder handle the entire process.

We'll Build Your Home Plan on Your Lot.

We’ll build on the lot of your choice, to your specifications. Not only can you choose where you live, but also create the home of your choice from our many designs and numerous high-end amenities and upgrades. Combine your ideas with our plans to customize the floor plans to suit your family’s lifestyle and budget.

Where We Build Homes...

Joebuilt Construction, LLC builds new custom homes on our customers' land throughout most of North Alabama, including the counties surrounding the cities of Athens, Madison, Huntsville, Decatur, Cullman & Guntersville. We build homes in the country, city, sububs, and we typically build farther out than most other home builders.
